Mission & Values

To turn reflection into rhythm.

Reframe exists to help people hear themselves differently — not through diagnosis, not through labels, but through language they can speak out loud.

Language shapes what a person can carry.

Not a case study. A person.

Hip-hop has always been one of the strongest languages for naming truth, surviving adversity, and reclaiming identity. Reframe brings that into a structured form: guided prompts informed by the ACE and PCE frameworks, and music-ready language back.

Nobody is asked to relive anything. The prompts ask what you made of your experience, not what happened to you.

What Reframe is & is not

It is

Creative reflection. Language. Rhythm. Agency.

It is not

Therapy. Diagnosis. Treatment.

Our values
01

Voice over labels

People are more than their scores, symptoms, or histories. We prioritize expression over categorization, and meaning over metrics.

02

Structure creates safety

Creative expression does not require chaos or re-traumatization. The prompts carry clear boundaries, intentional framing, and respect for emotional safety.

03

Culture is a strength

Hip-hop is not an add-on — it is the foundation. We honor its role as a language of resilience, storytelling, and transformation.

04

Depth without exploitation

We do not monetize pain. The Initial Inspiration is free; payment is tied only to expansion, ownership, and creative depth.

05

Respectful of clinical work

Reframe supports reflection without replacing care. It is non-diagnostic and non-invasive, designed to open conversation — not to define outcomes.

06

Agency belongs to you

Tone, boundaries, and direction stay with the person reflecting. You choose how much to share, and no one is asked to name what they are not ready to name.

Our belief

When people are given the right language, they don’t just tell better stories — they begin to live them differently.
